About Us.

Renams Academy's physical schools are set to be established in Africa and the Caribbean. It will enable learners aged 3 to 18 to discover and develop their passion, skills, strengths, and God-given talents. The purpose is for them to impact their communities and beyond as holistic citizens of the world.

Until then, we are working on creating our courses from scratch, to launch our E-Learning platform. Our aim is to implement solutions which redefine education for children of African and Caribbean heritage.

The soon to launch E-Learning Platform will host tailor-made courses and interdisciplinary projects, whilst providing strategic support to achieve success with national and international exams. Learners will discover who they are and develop transferable skills that will be required in the future.

We believe education should be used as a tool to liberate a child's God-given gifts, talents, and abilities. Our long-term goal is to build and establish schools in Africa and the Caribbean.

Our Motto: Working together to reimagine the future of education, in a way that is accessible to everyone, and sustainable above all.

Our Approach.

Collaborative

We are stronger because of our collaborative spirit, our shared values, our diverse perspectives, and our aim which seeks to put "our learners and their needs first".

Strategic

Our ground-breaking hands-on approach enables us to scope out and determine key strategies for curriculum, the learning environment, and pedagogic needs, tailored to suit the needs, customs, and values of each geographic location.

Sustainable

We place sustainability at the centre of our strategic design process, for a design that engages learners and evolves as knowledge and skills evolve.

Our Three Pillars.

Curriculum

A child-centred curriculum in the country of operation, which focuses on discovering, nurturing, and developing students' God-given abilities, talents, and ambitions. 80% of students' time will be focused on the latter whilst achieving the necessary accreditation and skills to enter and contribute to the labour market.

Pedagogy

It takes an entire village to raise one child. As such students' learning experience will take place beyond the walls of the classroom. From cross-curriculum projects, real-life scenarios and problem solving to initiatives with private businesses, community leaders and an African and Caribbean cultural exchange program.

Learning Environment

Learning environments inform what is being taught and what is being learned. Building blocks and classrooms should be built to function based on the desired skills set requiring acquisition.
